My mother always prepared satisfying nutritious country style meals every night for me and my siblings. That classic golden brown, crispy fried chicken with freshly mashed potatoes and steam broccoli, was always one of my favorites. She would say “you have to have a protein, veggie and a starch”. Watching her in the kitchen taking raw ingredients and turning them into a delicious meal for our family to enjoy was what really started my passion for food. As I improved my craft, my passion grew, and I realized that I had a knack for cooking and pairing foods. Born and raised in the great state of Texas, I've spent recent years in Fort Worth, Texas. I attended IAP Career College where I received a certification as a Personal Chef. Working in the food and beverage industry for over 20 years gives me an abundant wealth of knowledge of food safety and sanitation as well as great customer services skills.
